Vicki Arkoff, an Editor at Large based in Los Angeles, presents an ideal way to celebrate the upcoming Miami Grand Prix Formula 1 race. Before the inaugural race, make sure your home bar is ready to serve Belvedere Raspberry Circuit cocktails, perfect for viewing parties and summer gatherings. This vibrant cocktail, inspired by the thrilling energy of Formula 1, is an excellent choice to enjoy during the race, especially if you can’t witness in person the competition between top drivers like Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton, Dutch favorite Max Verstappen, and McLaren’s Daniel Ricciardo.

To capture the essence of race day, the Belvedere Raspberry Circuit was crafted by Brian Stewart, Belvedere Vodka’s U.S. National Brand Ambassador. Stewart explains, “The combination of raspberry and lime creates a refreshing flavor that makes for an easy-drinking cocktail. This drink draws inspiration from the spirit of F1, which is reflected in the garnish of five fresh raspberries, symbolizing the iconic five red lights of the races.”

Belvedere Raspberry Circuit Recipe:

  • 1.5 oz Belvedere vodka
  • 0.1 oz Lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz Raspberry puree
  • Soda water

Method:
Combine all ingredients (excluding soda water) in a cocktail shaker with a small amount of ice. Shake lightly and strain into a wine glass filled with fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with five fresh raspberries.
