In developing the resort’s popular ‘Wellness Your Way’ menu, Chef Dryhurst adopted a plant-based diet for several months to ensure the dishes were as creative and delicious as possible. He believes wellness cuisine should be rich and flavorful, and with this philosophy, he created a variety of indulgent yet healthy desserts, including the popular Chocolate Avocado Mousse.
