Los Angeles-based Vicki Arkoff, an Editor at Large, reports on Windstar Cruises’ new partnership with the James Beard Foundation. This collaboration aims to enhance the culinary experiences on three special cruises scheduled for 2016. Known as “The James Beard Foundation Collection,” these curated voyages are tailored for food and wine enthusiasts, offering guests an immersive taste of local cultures and cuisines at each port.

Each cruise within the James Beard Foundation Collection will feature a chef recognized by the James Beard Foundation.
