This collaboration aims to enhance the culinary experiences on three special cruises scheduled for 2016. Known as “The James Beard Foundation Collection,” these curated voyages are tailored for food and wine enthusiasts, offering guests an immersive taste of local cultures and cuisines at each port.
Each cruise within the James Beard Foundation Collection will feature a chef recognized by the James Beard Foundation. These chefs will act as culinary ambassadors, conducting cooking demonstrations, presenting a special dish each night, and engaging with passengers.
